Youth Advocacy Day at NYS Capitol

Each year, WYA takes teens to the New York State Capitol in Albany for a firsthand look at how government works. Our students meet with state legislators, build advocacy and public speaking skills, and connect with young leaders from across the state — turning civic engagement from a concept into a lived experience.
