Volunteer With Us

The research is clear: engaging in community service boosts mental health and happiness for the young people we serve and for the adults who lead alongside them.

We’re seeking mission-driven leaders to join our volunteer board, including but not limited to:

  • Fiscal experts

  • Faith leaders to deepen our interfaith work

  • Marketing experts to amplify our story and growth

If you are seeking opportunities that tangibly move the needle for teens, this is it—roll up your sleeves, steward resources, and help deliver programs that work.

Work With Us

After a year of transition with an Interim Executive Director in place, WYA is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization through an exciting period of growth and opportunity.

The next Executive Director will expand WYA’s reach and impact, grow and diversify its funding base, and build its visibility as a leader in youth connection, leadership, civic engagement, and community-building.

This is a highly hands-on leadership position suited to an entrepreneurial, collaborative leader who is equally comfortable developing strategy, cultivating relationships, fundraising, managing operations, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Applications are due October 30, 2026
