Elissa D. Hecker

Elissa has built a career and a life around helping others succeed. A respected attorney, advisor, and dedicated community volunteer, she generously shares her expertise, leadership, and connections to strengthen individuals, organizations, and communities.

Elissa has also been a meaningful bridge between UJA-Federation of New York and Westchester Youth Alliance, helping deepen a partnership rooted in a shared belief in the power of connection and community. Her commitment to building bridges, empowering others, and strengthening communities embodies the values WYA seeks to cultivate in young people across Westchester.
