Teens came together at the YWCA of White Plains to develop their communication skills and explore their leadership potential. Through team building, personal reflection, and theater techniques—including methods from Brazilian theatre artist Augusto Boal—participants discovered how their unique voices can contribute to positive change. As these young leaders shared their stories and built confidence, they demonstrated a generation ready to speak up for what they believe in. Their enthusiasm and courage remind us that leadership begins with finding your voice, and service starts with using that voice for others.
